Matthew Sharp, M.Ed., is Principal of The Early Education Program at Bancroft, a
leading provider of programs and supports for children and adults with
developmental disabilities. Bancroft’s Early Education Program is a full-day,
year-round school based program for children ages 3-9 years with autism and
related disorders. The program provides intensive learning therapies for three
hours each day, as well as social and academic benefits of a school
