I specialise in writing direct response sales copy and website content for a wide range of online businesses, and I've also ghostwritten a whole host of e-books for sale online.
I've just turned 30 years old, so I'm currently grappling with the existential implications of my inevitable mortality (kidding), as well as the creeping realisation that I MAY NOT become a professional footballer!
To numb the pain, I set up my own copywriting business in the summer of 2010, launching www.redhotsalesletters.com in the process, a site dedicated to providing direct response sales copy for businesses and online marketers. A second website; www.myfreelancecopywriter.com, provides a wider range of services, such as SEO copywriting, website copywriting, eBook writing, articles, blog content, email content, brochures and proofreading.
Prior to starting up my own company, I passed my time in the publishing industry, where I worked as deputy editor on three successful magazines, my favourite being Global, a travel magazine which sadly died of credit crunch fever.
I live with my amazingly beautiful girlfriend, Rachel, a fully qualified nutritionist, who takes great pleasure in forcing tasteless delights such as kale, broccoli, spinach and green tea down my poor throat. Thank you darling. Sometimes I just want a Krispy Kreme you know ;)
When I’m not writing or crying into a plate of mung beans, you can find me at the gym perennially chasing fitness on a treadmill, recovering on the couch watching (far too much) TV, or decorating our beautiful new town house.
Oh, and hiding in the garage secretly scoffing doughnuts...
