A particularly nice feature is the automatic cable rewind system;  or should I say lack of such a system.  The first thing that breaks on many vacuum cleaners is often the cable rewind so Henry does away with this in favour of a manual system.  You simply turn the reassuringly solid handle on the lid to wind the cable in.  Nothing to go wrong, and nothing does go wrong. They're quiet too, even on the higher setting of the two-speed motor.  One the new Henry models the lower power setting is automatically engaged when you switch on, to conserve energy, but you can switch in the high setting whenever you need it. All this wouldn't be a lot of use if Henry couldn't suck;  he is a vacuum cleaner after all.  I can honestly say that this is the only vacuum cleaner that I've been consistently very happy with.  The suction power really is incredible, and it doesn't let up even when the bag is getting full.
