Acne affects all ages from teenagers to older adults. Many people also suffer the after effects of scarring. In today's world many products exist that will help you clear up the problem from cleaners to creams and in some cases plastic surgery. Now cleaning your skin naturally to clear up acne is another option. Here are some tips you can put into practice starting today, to get rid of the acne permanently. Once you follow these tips, you should notice an improvement in about four weeks.

1. Pure shea butter has vitamin A, and all natural cocoa butter has vitamins A and E. Either can be applied to the skin for acne scar removal. This will refresh, moisturize, and return the elasticity of the skin as well as flatten, smooth, and soften acne scarring to make it less noticeable. Tea tree oil is also an effective skin disinfectant and will aid in acne scar removal.

2. Anti-pimple steam: Boil chamomile and mint leaves in a pot. When it starts steaming put your face close to the vapor. Be careful not to burn yourself. Grab a towel and cover your head so that the steam doesn't escape to the sides.

3. Apply a face mask with honey once or twice a week. Honey has antibacterial properties so it is great for disinfecting and healing minor red spots. Furthermore it has a great quality: it acts gently on sensitive skin.

4. Water or juice cleanse is something that many have used that has proven to be very effective. The one thing that can help clear up acne and stop breakouts is your diet. The old adage you are what you eat is very important even in today's world. Watching your diet and what you put into your body is very important in controlling acne naturally.

5. Carrot juice and cabbage juice contain vitamins A, B, and sulfur and is a method of acne scar removal when applied to the affected areas. One recipe is as follows: Combine 2 parts fresh cabbage juice, 2 parts fresh carrot juice, and 1 part fresh blueberry juice. Chill and apply to the affected areas.

6. Acupressure to combat pimples and blackheads: To fight acne on the forehead, massage the point Bai Yang. This point is located one inch above the eyebrow in the direction of the pupil directly. To combat the acne on the cheeks, press the point Quan Liao. This acupressure point is 3 inches away from the nostril, just below the cheekbone.

7. Start a high multi-vitamin diet. The acne is often a sign that something is not working right in the body or that it lacks vitamins and minerals. Your skin health is linked and dependant on the nutrition. The epidermis is a vital organ, most often ignored. ?Eat foods rich in zinc. The Zinc is an antibacterial agent and a necessary element for the oil-producing sebaceous glands of the skin. A diet lacking in zinc or in insufficient quantities can cause pimples.
