Keep to a healthy diet. You're asking for acne if you constantly eat candy sugars, reprocessed foods, and other types of junk. You do not want to spike up your hormonal levels in the body, which in turn leads to acne breakouts. Stay away from anything fried and go with boiled vegetables if possible. Stay away from skin irritants. Skin irritants are often disguised in many forms, since they do help treat acne - skin irritants damage the skin in the long run. These irritants are most commonly found in household products, acne treatments that you make yourself. Apple cider vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice, honey. Applying these ingredients randomly to the face won't do you any good; stick with proven and researched acne treatments.
