Best Natural Treatment for Teenage Acne – 3 Killer Ways that Work

There are dozens of treatments for teenage acne.  However, I think we can all agree that they don't necessarily work very well.  How many of you tried that failed; that frustrated you and wasted your money?  We all have.  So, hopefully this will help in your search for the best natural treatment for teenage acne.

-Tomatoes:  tomatoes are a fantastic way to fight acne.  The acid in the juice will help lighten the skin and draw out oil and moisture from the pimple.  The vitamin A will help keep the skin elastic and soft.  So how do you use it?  The best way is to slice a fresh tomato and simply rub onto the acne.  Wait at least 30 minutes, and then wash off with warm water.

-Lemons:   The juice from fresh lemons works wonders.  The citrus acid will work the same as with the tomatoes, but will work slightly faster, so don't leave on more than 15 minutes.

-Cucumbers:  These are a cliche spa treatment, but very effective.  You can either just leave slices on the acne, or puree the cucumber into a thick paste and leave on as long as you can, until it dries.  Then simply wash off.  It will not only help your skin to breathe, it will also skin it much smoother.

If you follow these treatments at least 3 times a week, you will notice huge difference.  But which is the best natural treatment for teenage acne?  I'd have to go with the tomatoes, simply because it's cheap, easy, and works extremely well.  So go home and try it today!
