One of the easiest and most effective ways to get rid of acne is to avoid getting it in the first place. While that might sound ridiculous if you already have a terrible acne problem, if you avoid these next 5 foods, it's a lot easier than you think!

1 - Fast Food
Of course fast food isn't good for you, but can it cause acne too? It sure can! Fast food is overloaded with oils and fats that don't do any good for your figure, or your face. 2 - Spicy Food
