3. Another way to cure acne is to use tea tree oil after washing your face. Apply the tea tree oil to your face. The tea tree oil will help get rid of the bacteria on your face that causes acne.
4. Eating healthy is another way to cure your acne. You should avoid (or limit) foods that are loaded with sugar and saturated fats. Examples of these foods include sugary sodas, cookies, fries, cakes, pizzas, fast food burgers, chips, and other junk foods.
These foods cause your skin to become oily. Also, the foods will cause an insulin spike and a hormonal imbalance, which will cause you to breakout.
Examples of the foods you should eat are fruits, veggies, nuts, lean meats (tuna, turkey, chicken breast, lean beef), whole wheat foods, and other healthy foods.
5. Another way to cure your acne within 3 days is to keep your face from staying oil for long periods of time. When you notice that your face is getting oily, use a facial tissue to pat your face dry. This will allow the tissue to absorb the oil. Also, you could wash your face with water.
