How to get rid of Nodular Acne

For anyone that has ever suffered from severe acne, finding a nodular acne treatment is a very big priority. I remember days of calling out of work or refusing to go out with my friends because my face looked like an absolute mess and I couldn't bear to be seen in public. What made even worse was I was 23 years old at that point and I thought that all of my acne problems should be done with. I mean, acne is just something that happens to teenagers, right?

Most of these items are very high on the glycemic index, meaning when you eat something, it causes a very large spike in your blood sugar levels. When this happens, your bloody releases a flood of insulin to deal with all the excess sugar in your blood and this sets into motion all of your acne breakouts.

The large amount of insulin not only stays in your blood longer than normal, but it also causes your face to produce a ton of sebum, or oil, and it causes your skin to die off very rapidly as well as clump together as it dies. The combination of these two are well known secondary and external causes for acne. Oil and dead skin clog you pores and lead to breakouts. But I'm willing to be that you weren't aware that the reason you had that oil and dead skin in the first place was due to internal reasons. That's the key to any real and lasting nodular acne treatment; you must treat the problems inside of you.

The second part of this flood of insulin is that it causes your blood sugar levels to plummet very rapidly. Once they fall below safety levels, your body releases another hormone called androgens. These androgens cause even more oil to be produced and on top of that, cause you to crave sweet and starchy foods which only causes the process to begin again! It's an endless cycle that you must break if you want a nodular acne treatment that works.

Breaking this hormonal cycle is imperative if you wish to have a nodular acne treatment that will actually give you results. Treating the problems inside of you is the only method of finally getting rid of your breakouts for good.
