Always try to consume fresh juices as the juices that come in the stores tend to contain many chemicals like preservatives and colorants and these substances could make your acne worse.
Exercise:
A regular exercise program can offer many health benefits including a reduction in your acne. Make sure that you are taking part in both aerobic and strength training. Do aerobics around three to five times a week for thirty to sixty minutes each time. There is no need to strain yourself excessively. Even a light walk outside if the weather permits can be effective.
Weight training is also important to help keep your muscles strong and healthy. However you do not need to train with weights too often, once every one to two weeks is often enough since it takes your body time to recover from weight training exercise so do not overdo it. Perhaps the main reason exercise can benefit your acne is that proper exercise introduces lots of oxygen into your body and this has the effect of cleansing your internal systems and many believe that it is toxins in your body that can cause and make acne worse.
Stress:
Most people experience significant stress in their lives and this can make your acne worse. Make sure that you do what you can to reduce stress in your life. Try to work at a job you like because this can make a big difference at reducing stress in your life. This can be tough to do but find out what you like and see if you can find a way to get paid to do things you like. Also consider learning how to do meditation or yoga as they are also very effective at reducing stress.
Do some slow deep breathing whenever you feel a little stressed as this can also help to lower stress. Also doing regular exercise as mentioned above can be great at keeping stress to a minimum.
Skin Cleansing:
Cleaning the skin is important however many acne sufferers tend to focus too much on cleaning their face. Washing your face twice a day is often enough, once in the morning and then before you go to sleep. Make sure to use a natural cleanser like glycerin soap which you can get a most health food stores.
Also try to use a natural moisturizer like almond oil which can be great at preventing dry skin. In general the less chemicals you put on your skin the better the chances of your acne going away. Follow some of these natural approaches to help you get rid of acne fast.
