Natural Ways To Treat Acne

Nature has provided the human race with some of the best medications available and the treating of Acne has not been forgotten by Mother Nature. There are many home remedies for acne and some important are discussed below.

Herbs that have been use for many years for the treatment for skin disorders are now proving that they can in some cases can eliminate the basic causes of Acne. The cause of Acne is more likely to be an internal one than external.

Wild herbs contain no chemical fertilizers, no pesticides nor preservatives; they will provide the best medication.

Some of the herbs that have good properties for purifying the blood are, Rubia Cordifolia and Turmeric. The blood being the main transport of toxins in the body when cleaned can and does a far better job of removing unwanted toxins.

Turmeric is also a very good anti allergic and will improve the circulation and this in turn will remove more toxins.

The herb Guduci will act as a mild painkiller which will ease any burning sensation that one might associate with Acne and other shin disorders. And it will maintain homeostasis in the body.

The fruit of the Haritaki herb will act as a mild laxative; this will help in detoxifying the gut allowing the body to absorb more pure nutrients which in turn will allow for more toxins to be removed.

Bitter Melon has properties that will remove fats from the blood again allowing the blood to be much more efficient. Bitter Melon is also known for its ability to ease itching.

The Neem Leaf when used as a past has very well anti septic properties and will cool areas on the body that are irritated and burning.

Tea tree oil has some amazing properties, it is know to kill bacteria that cause Acne and if used regularly it could cure Acne. Tea tree oil can be used as an irritant suppresser and can be used as addressing for soars.

Black current seed oil is out standing in effectively protecting the body from blood irritants.

There a many other herbs that could help with the treatment of Acne and no doubt many that have never been considered. If you want to go the natural way in treating Acne herbs in almost all instances will not have side effects and if they do they should be mild and you may find other benefits while using herbs to cure or prevent Acne.
