A pimple is a result of a blockage of the skin's pore. Acne and pimples are pretty much the same thing. Almost 80 % of population all over the world is perplexed by the action of acne. Zinc is taken in the form of capsules. It helps to strengthen the human immune system and to repair the skin. Vitamin E also helps in countering Acne. It is a natural antioxidant and beneficial for the skin. Regular yoga exercises will also improve skin and overall health. Avoid touching your face all the time. Apply fresh juice of raw papaya on pimples and get a good result. Use cucumber or other fruit and vegetable packs to cure pimple scars.
