Avoid harsh soaps and makeup
Avoid harsh detergents.
Use makeup that is made of organic products.
Stop squeezing or rubbing the marks

Acne marks can be treated through many ways including going to the dermatologist or using any over the counter remedy. The following are some of the ways acne marks can be treated.

Conventional Medication:
There are a number of conventional medications that you can use these vary from over the counter remedies to those prescribed by a dermatologist. These medications may be effective for some people but in certain cases they will make the condition worse. Chemical peeling is an acne scar treatment in which mild organic acids like glycolic or salicylic or lactic acid are used to peel off skin from the scar. This is the best acne scar treatment method as it is painless and requires no anesthesia. All the above mentioned methods are done by dermatologists or cosmetologists. The removal of scars takes 2 to 3 months. Most of the above scar removal treatments are done in conjunction with oral skin health supplements like acuzine. Acuzine contains anti-oxidants, Vitamins E &C, hydrolyzed collagen, ALA, DMAE, Aloevera, Bioperine etc. Vitamin E, Vitamin C and collagen are vital for acne scar treatment to be successful as they are essential in rebuilding of skin tissues.

Homeopathic medication:
Homeopathic treatment is also an option for people having acne marks but the problem is that its very slow to work and hence it is not very popular.

Natural or herbal medication:
These medications have become very famous when it comes to acne and acne scars as they stop acne and dont have any side effects since they are made from natural herbs.
