These products can wash off reduce oil and dirt and dust particles trapped inside the pores of your face. If you have dry skin, then washing your face once a day is normally enough. Preventing acne will be a lot easier if you choose to eat healthy foods and avoid junk foods.

Makeup, hair products, and lotions that clog the pores and lead to small bumps or comedones are called comedogenic. These can also irritate existing acne and make them worse. Check your makeup and other skin products if they have a "non-comedogenic" label on them. If not, look for other alternatives.

There are certain natural elements like aloe Vera, vitamin A, Zinc and Tea tree oil that work the best in healing acne. However remember, some of these natural products also have certain chemicals in them for preservation. These chemicals can be harmful to you if you are pregnant or have some serious health problems.

Avoid touching your face too often. The dirt on your face can cause irritation that can lead to pimples, and later to acne. Make sure that you wash your hands regularly. Do not lean your face against walls and objects can cause bacterial infection and inflammation.
