You can allow the mixture to stay on your skin for about 10 minutes and then wash off using cool water. You can also increase the vinegar's concentration a little bit if you find that it is slow to giving you positive results as is.

Fruits are also one of the best home remedies for acne and not only for eating and inner nutrition. You can apply strawberry leaves to the part of your skin that have acne on it. Try to use a mixture of fresh lemon juice and rose water and apply it to your face for about 15 min. An other thing that you use is a juice made of Papaya, just apply it to the affected area.

Water can help acne. The body needs adequate water to keep its system stable and flush out impurities. Most of us drink way too little water. Eight glasses of water daily can help clear skin and improve health.

Exercise is great for your general health. Getting 30 minutes of exercise at least 4-5 times a week is also a great way to prevent acne. Exercise improves blood circulation, relieves stress and most importantly, flushes toxins out of your body via sweat. Moreover, exercise regulates your over-active hormones.

Wash your face properly. This does not mean scrubbing your face vigorously several times a day, because washing only removes oils from the surface of your skin. It does not unclog plugged ducts. Instead, wash your face twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening before you go to bed. Use your fingertips and a mild cleanser.

Applying a tined acne treatment can be helpful in treating acne. It is available in the drug stores. It should match the tone of your skin. What this medication does is that it acts like the skin makeup to cover the pimples up, but at the same time it heals and removes the acne pimples. You need to buy these tinted acne medications without only 10% benzoyl peroxide ( or less than that ), sulfur and salicylic acid
