RMU students select a concentration track from the following options: Menu, Management and Facilities Design, Restaurant Operations Management, Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Purchasing for the Hospitality Industry, Beverage Management, Recreation, or Lodging and Tourism Management.
Toward the end of their education, hospitality students at Kendall are able to choose from one of the seven following areas to focus on: Club Management, Casino Management, Hotel and Lodging Management, Meeting and Events Management, Restaurant and Foodservice Management, Asset Management, or Sports and Leisure Management.
As you can see, hospitality colleges offer a variety of options to students looking to pursue management-level careers in the industry.
