Generally diabetics are asked to refrain from banana. However, I feel banana should be least harmful because it is fiber content. Unlike other fruits such as orange, grapes etc its sugar is not easily miscible in water. If you mix meshed banana, orange and grape separately in water, water of banana mix is likely to have least sugar content. Am I wrong?
