Peppermint improves the circulation in the bloodstream and detoxifies. Cilantro, garlic, and ginger root are powerful detoxifiers. Echinacea tea removes toxins through the lymph nodes.

Vitamins B and C are just two of the vitamins that help in detoxification. Magnesium is an important mineral that acts to detoxify the body. Many homeopaths combine herbs, vitamins, and minerals that all act together to holistically clean toxins.

A method for cleaning toxins that is growing in popularity is clay baths. Many people who go to spas include a mud bath with their massage. Calcium montmorillonite clay draws toxins out of the body as you are laying in the warm bath. It also relaxes the muscles and contains minerals and vitamins that are absorbed by the body. After getting out of the bath a lot of people notice a film on the top of the clay that are toxins floating on the surface of the bath that have been removed from the body.
