How To Get Free Petrol Or Diesel For Your Car/van/motorbike

In the current climate with petrol prices constantly rising and pushing up the price of motoring, finding a cheaper petrol station or saving money on fuel bills is paramount. This article covers ways of beating the system and getting the most for your money completely legally.

Obviously there isn't a magic pump that will always give you free petrol, but by using the resources openly available to you, you can easily get at least a free tank of fuel, which is always welcome by anyone who knows the price of a UK gallon at the moment!

The simple route to some free fuel is via supermarket credit cards. Take Tesco for example, they regularly run Clubcard points incentives to encourage you to take one of their latest credit card deals. Very often you can get a bonus of say 1,000 clubcard points (worth £10) just for getting one of their credit cards - even if you never use it. Then on top of this, you will normally get double Clubcard points when you pay for your shopping using the card, plus 4 points for every £1 spent on the card elsewhere, so in a not too lengthy amount of time you can easily amass 40-50,000 clubcard points which will be turned into approx £40-£50 in Tesco vouchers and sent through for you to spend at the supermarket. Couple this with one of their 5p off per litre promotions and you've got yourself a tidy saving. Now obviously it's still down to your own self control that you use these vouchers on fuel rather than your weekly shop!

Every so often there are also other credit cards that come on the market which offer cashback on petrol purchases - you may have to search hard to find credit cards like these, and the cashback offers are generally for a limited space of time, but again it's another way to bank some more extra free gallons in your tank.

Students learn how to drive in a private driving school or in high schools.
