Hilary Kennedy: Hello and welcome to Business Profile TV, the show that highlights company’s products and services and brings them directly to you. I’m Hilary Kennedy. Today we’re going to be talking with Nicole Kellogg, President of Jewelry Manufacturers Exchange. Hi Nicole! Thanks for joining us.

Hilary Kennedy: You mentioned this briefly, but tell me in depth a little bit about the services that you offer your clients at Jewelry Manufacturers Exchange.

Nicole Kellogg: Absolutely. We are here to be the full spectrum of services for our clients. We want them to be able to come in and cash in their gold, and cash in their platinum, and then turn around and trade in for a pre-owned Rolex that we have in our cases. Or a piece of fine jewelry. And then we have our fine jewelry selection that they can choose from that is at wholesale prices every day. And these are one of a kind custom made pieces that they won’t find anywhere else. And so we want people to feel comfortable coming to see us one day to sell their gold, and then another – you know, six months down the road come in and buy a pre-owned Rolex from us. We want them to feel like we’re their local jewelry store and that we are here for the long haul.

Hilary Kennedy: Well, Nicole, it sounds like the selection and the customer service at Jewelry Manufacturers Exchange is unmatched. Thank you so much for sharing with us today.

Nicole Kellogg: Thanks Hilary.

Hilary Kennedy: And thank you for joining us and we’ll see you next time.

Many businesses advertise with flyers and getting them into the hands of the general public is of great importance. If the delivery people make a stuff-up in any way, it reflects badly on the company. The company will be blamed if those flyers are left to blow around the streets.

Advertising today is like the weather. Everyone talks about advertising, but few entrepreneurs do enough about it to change or improve it. When you ask what the "big deal" is with advertising, that's an excellent question, because no matter how you want to view it there is one proven fact which is true of business owners and entrepreneurs worldwide... In today's recessionary spiral, every good entrepreneur wants to do more with less.
