Seizure- A seizure is an uncontrollable convulsion,  spasm or series of jerking motions in the arms, legs, trunk, or face. In my case, I do recall this ever happening, but I was told this is what took place.

Computed Tomography (CT) scan Computer Tomography Scanning. This type of scan is a safe, noninvasive test that uses an X-ray beam and a computer to make 2-dimensional images of the brain. Similar to an MRI, it views the brain in slices, layer-by-layer, taking a picture of each slice. A dye (contrast agent) may be injected into your bloodstream. A CT scan is especially useful for viewing changes in bony structures.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) A MRI scan is a noninvasive test that uses a magnetic field and radiofrequency waves to give a detailed view of the soft tissues of the brain. It views the brain 3-dimensionally in slices that can be taken from the
side or from the top as a cross-section. A dye (contrast agent) may be injected into your bloodstream. MRI is very useful to evaluate brain lesions and their effects on  surrounding brain.

(website in ebook or handheld)

What I remember the MRI was like I was being placed in a tube for 1 hour. In the  tube, it sounded like a marble was going round and round. To avoid feeling  claustrophobic, I closed my eyes and eventually fell asleep until it was finished (the process lasted around an hour). The CT scan was not as closed, I still closed my eyes during the process.

Craniotomy- To cut open the skull at a particular point, to get to something like a  tumor.

Suboccipital- The lower back portion of the skull.

Craniotomies are named according to the portion of the brain being operated on, and the operation is performed by a neurosurgeon. There are possibly exceptions to this rule, but since I am not a neurosurgeon, I cannot name all the different variations. My personal operation lasted for around 10 hours.

A "suboccipital craniotomy" was performed on me while I was in the hospital. A "craniotomy" is a cut that opens the cranium, or skull. During this procedure, a section of the skull is removed to access the brain. The brain is protected by the skull.

The skull is replaced after this procedure is finished with tiny titanium plates and screws. This surgery normally requires a hospital stay that ranges from a few days to a number of weeks. In my case it was a number of weeks. (See more on a craniotomy at the following web address:

(website in ebook or handheld)

Electrocautery- This does not refer to electrosurgery. The current flows in one direction
instead of alternating (the current alternates in electrosurgery). The current never enters the patient's body, only the heated wire comes in contact with the tissue. This unit is used to control bleeding during surgery.

Endotracheal (tube) - A breathing tube which is designed to establish an airway in seconds, in emergency situations. It is the breathing tube that comes out of patient's nose when they go into surgery.

This is a true story about an event in my life and the way that God brought me through a serious situation, as well as how it impacted my family. We were able to walk through a great darkness, and God is the Light that has brought us through. The Lord has had a plan from the beginning and I am just His vessel. It is yet to be seen, what the Lord has planned, but the journey so far has been very interesting...

Depending on the severity, a stroke or an operation such as mine affecting the left cerebral hemisphere may result in functional loss or motor skill impairment of the right side of the body, and may also cause loss or impairment of speech. Any tumors in the cerebellar area of the brain are very dangerous because they are so close to the brain stem and the spinal cord.

After cleaning the tubs I received a headache which I figured could go away after a little nap. I prayed while rubbing the back of my neck and walking back and forth in our living room, "Lord, you can remove this headache from me, and I pray you do so, In Jesus' name". God can do all things, He is always there. At times He is there with you through the storms that life brings

Many ordinary lives feel static and mundane. We all need escapism of speculative fiction, fantastic fiction or science fiction for diversion in our leisure hours. Over the past 70 years so many decades of change arrived, from the Second World War to the present time. This is author Robin G Howards short biography dating the 'escape from life' periods. The lyrics of a country song says it all – 'you'll never get out of this world alive' But relax, you can escape now and then.

The expression New World Order has been around for years. Hitler used it (I saw it on a newspaper in Jerusalem from Nazi Germany). It refers to a plan to have a one world government which is opposed to God and Christ. It is the same spirit as Nazism. The New World Order is the Fourth Reich. Pat Robertson wrote a book by that title. Those behind the cabal to create it are David Rockefeller,Kissinger, Brzezinsky, & the other politicos, European Royalty, world bankers and CEO's of multinationals.

One of the biggest interests of people and some entrepreneurs in life have been the search for enlightenment and the practical effects of achieving a better state of peace and stillness. Their eagerness to reach a level of enlightenment has many people grasping for any, if not all information, they can get in order just to feel better about their life and themselves.

I found "it" not at church groups or at home. I found "it" on the pages of my journals soothing me with words of wisdom, comforting me with knowledge and blessing me with words…words that flowed out of and through my very heart and out of my hands onto paper that I could see to be able to say in this place, "Here! Look! Here is God! He...'it' is here within me!"

In an era free of copyrights and intellectual property, Mark took it upon himself to dramatically edit and even rewrite, not just the words, but the tenor of the original text. For him, these ancient scrolls were merely a trove of unique ideas which lead him to an inspired amalgam of it all that resulted in the creation of the hero of his newly acquired religious fantasies.

The Bible is apparently one of the best, if not the best selling books of all times. Why it isn't for sale though in the mythology or fiction section of bookstores (or available in similar locations in libraries) is beyond me. Simply put, The Bible isn't believable as non-fiction and as a historically accurate record of those ancient times.

Football is today's new cult. It is the new religion of millions of adepts all over the world. Football worshippers are frenzied by football matches. Countries go into war over football matches, for example in central Amercia a war started between El Salvador and Honduras. Hundreds of people are killed as a result of a football match.

Krill oil is used more and more to supply the need for Omega 3 fats. Krill oil, especially the krill oil from Antarctica, is proving to be a better source of Omega 3 than just plain fish oil. I am going to explain why:

The difference between plant and animal based fats is in the enzymes. A big difference lies between krill oil and fish oil. Differences between the 2 are described below.

This post pertains to the best source for Antarctic krill oil and Omega 3, since essential fatty acids are such an important topic. Your body needs these "essential fats", that is why they are "essential", and this fact is undisputed.
