How to improve your memory with games.

First key to improving your memory with games is finding the games that suit you. Today we are going to look at a couple of places where you can find the games that you would like to play to improve your memory. You definitely shouldn't look at these games as a mundane task for the day. Quite the contrary you should be looking forward to them. It should be something that you really really enjoying doing and can only take 10 to 20 minutes a play. The Longer you play games that improve your memory the more your memory will improve. Simple!

Newspaper games: Sudoku and crossword puzzles or possibly the most common found games around the globe. All you really need to do is pick up the local newspaper on your way to work or while doing your shopping. It really is that simple. Both these games can really improve your memory, you tend to find 2 to 3 different levels in each newspaper. So if you're getting good at playing the easy level crossword or Sudoku, try a harder level next time. Keep challenging yourself. Even if you cant complete the harder level first time, keep trying!! It is the way to building your memory muscles. Many newspapers now have their own kind of unique signature game that many of there subscribers buy the newspapers for that specific game. So the next time you pick up your local newspaper take a look at the puzzle pages and give them a go. Just 15 min a day can make all the difference to improving your memory with games.

Interactive games: Nowadays there's a host of interactive games online. All you really need to do is type in Google: memory games or interactive games. On the search page results you'll find a stack of websites offering free games to play. It really isn't difficult to find a game to improve your memory. Allot of the games you will find that are free will obviously be offering a back-end service that you will have to pay for. What I generally do is play the free service for a while and test different games out until I find a game that I really like. Then and only then will I purchase an upgrade of the software or the latest version. There really are so many so don't be afraid to test the market and find the one that you like. Hey the longer you test the market the more free games you get to play:)

Games consoles: From Play Station, X box and Nintendo. You'll find a host of games out there. My personal favourite console to use for memory games and is quite simple is the Nintendo DS. Nintendo have taking the memory game market quite seriously and have launched a host of different memory training games. The best part about the Nintendo DS is it really easy to get used to using the console. Pretty much anyone can pick up the DS and start playing straight away. To me that's the genius part of it the whole family can get involved!

There are many other games and different types of games you can use to improve your memory. This is just a list of my favourite games that I found benefited me the most. So get out there, play some games, have some fun and improve your memory.
