People are going through incredible pain because of the U.S recession. We must learn to find a permanent solution and better method to confront the beast that many fearing in this country today. I have come up with few guidelines and strategies to help you face your struggle head- on. There are natural ways and save way to win the struggle. Instead of drinking yourself to death with alcohol,medications,and junk foods, and self destructive behavior. You find today that are other quality ways you can fight the recession.
One strategy is to have a dream. This is one method many overlook, but it is the most important booster your motivation. A vision gives you a sense of purpose. The Bible says man will perish. What this mean? When a person doesn't have a dream nothing seem to make sense and there are lack of hope. What are you thinking every day? What are you thinking all day long? The recession or the solution? Emerson said a man is what he thinks about all day long. You see dream motivates, encourages, gives you energey, gives you hope. You have to make your dream your best friend.
Focus on what you can control. We tend to worry and fucus on many things at once. The mind does not work that way. Doing that cause the brain too much confusion, especially focusing on the negatives. We can't avoid problem, we shouldn't just focus on the problem only, but also the solutions. For those with credit problems, you can negotiate with the credit cards companies to help reduce or eliminate the high interests rate. I'm sure they will listen. another thing to do is have family meeting and explain to your children why you to cut back on certain like going out every weekend to dinner and they will listen too. Have everyone save their pennies in a family jar, and watch those pennies grow. I have done it works. I remember saving all my coins and pennies and at the end of the year, I had saved over $700.00. It takes lot of dicipline but you do it.
Network with like minded people and groups that will help you find solutions you need to solve your problems. There are lot of free places out there that might help as well.
