Thanks for the your article it might help who are suffered by Masturbation. by the way, i would like to suggest some more advices from my readings. first and foremost think is to get rid of masturbation is to get marry soon, if they cant get marry you can control your self by following my tips.

1. Observing moderation in eating and drinking in order to avoid stimulating your desire.
2.Keeping away from anything that is sexually stimulating, such as pornographic pictures, erotic films and love songs.
3.Choosing good and righteous friends.
4.Keeping yourself busy in works or spiritual acts.
5.Avoiding gatherings and places that bring men and women physically close to each other.
