Eat Foods That Are As Natural As Possible

This means removing all foods that are rich in "artificial" things like artificial sweeteners, colors, preservatives and similar. To keep yourself operating at your best, it is essential that you only consume those foods and fruits that can help you to feel great on the inside at all times - and that can only happen through eating very natural foods.

Examples of natural foods are the staples - of brown rice, brown pasta and similar. There is no need to go "organic" but that can be effective as well.

Eat Plenty Of Fruit And Vegetables

Fruit and vegetables are absolutely crucial to operating at your best, and it will work wonders to improve your mental capabilities moving forward. The fruit and vegetables you consume contain plenty of vitamins and minerals, which are essential to helping you operate at your prime. They also limit the self damaging effects of free radicals, which can reduce your memory capacity and leave you feeling thoughtless.


You should add a portion or two of fruit for every meal you consume. It is better to start off with lots of fruit and veg earlier on in the day, and to phase it out later on. Consuming too much fruit and vegetables later in the day can give you too much "sugar rush", and affect your sleep, which you certainly do not want.

Everybody will have their own favorites of what they prefer to eat, so a good combination of any fruit and veg is suitable.

Eat Smaller Meals Every Day

Dont have too many large meals, as this can lead to a slowing down of your whole body system. When you eat a large meal, blood resources can be diverted away from the brain and more towards your digestive system. This is not useful, especially if you need to exert lots of mental power in a short space of time, by which lots of blood flow to the brain is necessary.

By eating smaller meals per day, you give your brain a solid and stable supply of nutrients which can change you around for good.

So in conclusion, if you wish to achieve high levels of brain power, you should consider improving your nutrition as much as possible, in order to make it a reality.
