When you ask people: "Do you snore"? Most of them, especially the ladies, will tell you: "NO WAY"!
Snoring is very common, we snore because sometimes when we breathe through our mouth it causes vibration of the uvula; we also snore when we have a blockage in the breathing passage, such as when we have a cold.

So no matter what they tell you – we all snore at some point! Even the ladies…

And now that we agreed on that we can talk about how to prevent it and get rid of it.

Although common, snoring is a very embarrassing thing for people. We don't like to disturb other people without being able to control it and we don't want anyone to think badly about us. So what can we do about it?

We can use some common methods such as, drops or stickers we can buy at the local store, or we can make some home remedies from things we can find at home. It is a very easy, inexpensive and accessible way.

The first thing I recommend is eating yogurt every day, it really helps but it's not enough when I get have a bad congestion. So I also drink a cup of milk before I go to bed. If you don't like dairy products or you get mucus from it, you can also eat a slice of bread with any spread you like, before you go to bed.

Don't eat heavy meals before you go to sleep and don't drink alcohol at least 4 hours before you go to sleep.

Also try to live healthy: Exercise daily, don't over eat, keep you weight, eat healthy and don't smoke. When you sleep try to elevate you head and sleep on the side not on the back.

Don't get your spouse up all night, make sure you take care of your problem so you can both sleep better.
