Ferdinand Porshe was born 3 September 1875 and died 30 January 1951. He was best known for designing the original Volkswagen Beetle and for his contribution to advanced German tank designs: Tiger I, Tiger II and the Elefant.

- The 911 Turbo, the flagship of the company and the ultimate in driving force. A 2+2, 6 cylinder, 480 hp, 0 to 60 in only 3.7 seconds ad a top speed of 193 miles per hour.
- Finally, the 911 GT3 model, uncompromising race engineering similar to the 911 Turbo but 415 hp, 0 to 60 in 4.15 seconds and a top speed of 193 miles per hour.
With the top of the range Porsche 911 Turbo having a 0 to 60 performance in 3.7 seconds you better make sure you have the necessary driving skills for this machine or you may find you are not in control of this phenomenal beast.
