If you have ever stayed out in the sun a little bit too long you know that it can be very dangerous, and not to mention painful. There are many symptoms that go along with a case of sever sunburn. The number one symptom that goes along with severe sunburn is pain accompanied by an intense shade or red skin. Intense pain is the most common symptom that accompanies severe sunburn.
Another symptom that you will want to keep an eye out for is skin blisters. If you are severely burnt, you will notice that your skin is beginning to boil in particular spots. This symptom can be diagnosed rather simply because the blisters will be easily viewable by the human eye.
Also, dehydration accompanied by a fever is another symptom that you may feel if you are suffering from severe sunburn. If you are feeling sick to the stomach, and are running a high temperature, you may be suffering from a case of severe sunburn. Often times, these symptoms are the same that you would experience if you were suffering from the flu.
Overall, there are many symptoms that go along with severe symptom, and the ones that are listed above are the most common. If you feel like you have a case of severe sunburn, make sure that you see a doctor right away. They will be able to supply you with the treatment options that will work best for your situation.
