Follow the Rules of reasonable and effective diet able to reduce one's weight in a stable and gradual way:

- State strict regime of meals: three main meals and 2-3 snacks in equal periods of time;

- Replace fried dishes by boiled, baked or steamed;

- Eat defatted dairy products;

- Replace one third of your portion by vegetables under light sauce;

- Don't eat more than can be put on the middle-sized plate;

- Eat 1-2 fruit instead of desserts and usual snacks;

- Replace high-calorie drinks (juices, beer, different alcohol drinks, fat milk, sweet yogurt and milk shakes) by drinks with reduced number of calories (mineral water, tea or coffee without sugar);

- Substitute products from fine flour for whole grain bread, pasta, cereals;

- Substitute fats for oils, nuts and sunflower seeds;

- Eat fish and sea products more often than meat; increase the amount of other protein substitutes - mushrooms, soy, beans;

- Drink more water (2-3 liters daily). Drinking a glass of water in 15 minutes before a meal will help you to avoid feeling of hunger;

- Chew slowly and thoroughly.
