Affiliate networks also make use of various web application software to help advertisers and affiliates do their tasks efficiently.
Affiliate networks are the points of contact for the advertisers and publishers. Without such networks, these agencies would have to find and establish relations with each other on their own. As it can be a time consuming process and not feasible to the busy advertiser or merchant, these tasks are therefore left for the networks.
Affiliate networks maintained a client base of registered affiliates and advertisers. In order to avail the service, the web site owner or advertiser has to first sign up the program and get registered. Once it is done, the network can provide further instructions as what to do and how to do.

Home network of 2 computers via crosswire

I try to connect my laptop to my desktop using a crosswire (cross-wire), I wish to enable file sharing and internet connection to the laptop via the desktop. Both computers are running windows XPI've tried the "setup home network wizard" - no good...The relevant internet connection is shared. the connection to the internet works, the connection between the computers seems to work, though they can see each other in the workgroup(they so have the same workgroup name).Seting the laptop IP manually to 192.168.0.2 mask 255.255.255.0 gate and DNS 192.168.0.1 (and the connection of the crosswire to 192.168.0.1) did not work as well.I'm in a bit of a loss
