In the world of affiliate marketing an informed, trained and motivated downline is a sure path to increased sales. A downline that performs with the precision of a Swiss watch can make your job as an internet marketer a lot easier. You can only benefit from your downline when you make the time to connect with them on a regular basis at a pre-determined time. While you want to be available for your team at all times, you need to make sure you and they are available at a set time each week or month for the sake of organizational unity.

Now, we're not talking corporate boardroom organizational unity per se here. We are talking, however, about having some sort of professional paradigm for conducting business efficiently.
