7.     “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.”  There are many ways to skin a cat.  If something isn’t working for you and you feel you have invested too much time and effort to stop, reevaluate.  Step back, take a deep breath, and really evaluate what you are doing.  If it isn’t working, let go and go on to something else.  Don’t go insane.  Albert Einstein was quoted as saying, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”  Let it go.

8.    “Read, meditate and be creative.” If you feel unsuccessful, you need to stop what you are doing.  Take a deep breath, yoga style, and go inside yourself for the beauty within.  Inside you is a winner and you just need to keep showing up and you will find success.  Don’t get locked into one single path but try new and different things.  The journey needs to be more important than the result.
