Turns out that she had an agreement with them to become a customer, and later she found that the sales representative gave her wrong information (or there was a misunderstanding between them) and the price she has to pay was about $50 a year more than she thought originally.The conversation was about 50 minutes long and the ISP person completely exhausted her, she ended up agreeing to receive a small gift and stay with this ISP.It reminded me of the Vincent Ferrari/AOL story and it made me wonder what can be done about this annoying phenomenon and if there's any arranged protest against it.
