Never think that there are instant results or that you don't have to work for your money. This is a simple fairytale and not to be believed.

If there's a demand for your product, then you need to market effectively to make it sell. You can do this outside of your subscriber list by buying AdWords, participating in article marketing, and the like. Keep in mind that if your product is great, it's not going to sell if nobody hears about it. And if your products terrible, it's not going to sell no matter how much you market it. Your product must both be of quality and the well known in order to be successful.
