Online affiliate marketing work on commission basis. It is more or less like a freelance job, wherein an affiliate is not bound by strict business terms or contracts. The commissions are set for small tasks, like helping to make a sale or creating advertisement impressions. The returns are adequate for both the advertisers as well as the publishers.
