You have done your market research, choose the profitable market that you want to be in, choose the good affiliate product that you want to promote to your market and finally created your squeeze page. Before you even start sending traffic to your website, there are 5 golden rules that you have to follow and they are:
1) Checking that you website is live on the internet. This is crucial as you will want to make sure that your visitor can come to your website. You do not want to make the mistake of them not seeing your website when the click on the link. This is very unprofessional and it will not look good on you.
2) Checking that all the link on your website is working. You will want to make sure that all the link will send them to the correct page when your visitor clicks on it. The most important thing that you will have to take note is your opt in form. You should check that they are directed to the correct thank you page after they opts in to join your list.
3) Checking that you are able to receive the email message once you join your own list. You will want to make sure that your subscribers will be able to receive the follow up email message from you. This is crucial as this will helps to build a relationship with your list.
4) Checking that your squeeze page is simple and have only one objective. This is important as you will want to have a squeeze page that will not confuse your visitors. You should make it in such a way that they will be able to get your whole message within 60 seconds. Your main objective is to get them to join your list.
These are the 4 golden rules of checking you’re your website before you start thinking about sending traffic to your website. Once all the check has been done, you will be able to proceed to the next step of sending traffic to your website and track the conversion of your squeeze page. Do constant check and it will ensures that you website will always be functioning.
