Affiliate marketing on the internet is a fast-growing industry that involves directing potential buyers to vendors. If done properly, affiliate marketing can allow an individual to earn a full time income while working from home. If you're interested in learning about ways to make money online then there are a few great courses that will teach you the basic building blocks of how to promote affiliate offers in the best possible way.
There are several hundred ebooks available, all promoting ways to "make money online." Not all of these ebooks are very good. In fact, most of them barely brush the surface of what you really need to know in order to become a successful internet marketer, no matter what path you're looking to take. Profit Lance
Profit Lance is an excellent, all-inclusive "membership" type site that give you everything you really need to know to build a solid foundation for internet marketing success. The author, Michael Andrews, is committed to getting his students off the ground and earning money. This is crucial because the biggest obstacle that new internet entrepreneurs face is the process of actually putting all their knowledge to use and doing something. Many people often get stuck in the learning phase and never step out and try.
Basically Profit Lance is geared towards the brand new through intermediate level affiliate marketer who is looking to really learn how to drive traffic to a variety of offers. The main two concepts that Profit Lance teaches is simple website promotion as well as Google Adwords. I find that the strength of the program rests in the teachings on how to find and promote affiliate offers through websites. Google adwords is a complicated beast and I would advise against attempting an adwords campaign until you know what you're doing.
Site Build It
Site Build It is a fantastic program that holds your hand through the process of creating a niche website that you can then use to earn money. It's a more soft approach to internet marketing, but it's an INCREDIBLY useful introduction into the world of websites and driving search engine traffic. The tools that Site Build It provides are second to none, and it's like going through an entire college course on the subject.
The only thing about Site Build It is that it is a bit limited in its scope. This can be a positive or a negative. I can say that I was with SBI for about a year and a half, and while my website earns some modest adsense money, it's probably never going to become a big earner just because of the niche that it's in (surfing). I then moved on to more "tactical" affiliate marketing techniques (the type that are taught in Profit Lance) and I have since made quite a bit of money with no advertising cost. However, if it weren't for my time with Site Build It I would never have had the skill to advance so quickly in other areas of internet marketing.
