The internet is never closed and your goods will never be on back order. They are always available. No inventory. And your customer can retrieve his own material at the time of the transaction. 3. It is easy for others to complete their transactions with you. I have used various vendors to purchase products online, as I am sure that you have too. The levels of difficulty are astounding. Some companies make things so complicated that they give me the impression that they don't really want to do business with me. From time to time, I get frustrated with the process and decide to take my money elsewhere. As my level of irritation rises, I head to the door. Your customers will too.
