Since the time of Hippocrates, apple cider vinegar has been touted as a virtual cure all for a large number of different maladies including poor digestion, dandruff, ear infections and skin rashes. While no actual scientific data has been produced to back up these claims, there is evidence that take several spoons of apple cider vinegar a day can lead to some significant health benefits.

Diabetes:

Some research indicates that apple cider vinegar can help with insulin sensitivity and management of Type 2 diabetes.
