Bleeding Hemroids No More

Posted: Nov 27, 2010 |Comments: 0 |

The symptoms of hemorrhoids and bleeding aren't always present in the same scenario. However, blood is a common characteristic that alerts sufferers to an issue - to the point they begin determining what the actual problem is. This piece will detail the symptom that is bleeding hemroids. (This is a popular spelling but it should really be spelt 'Bleeding Hemorrhoids').

"Where ever there is bleeding, there is a problem - hemorrhoids is most certainly not an anomaly."

Bleeding can be started by both internal and external piles, so what is the foundation of this, needless to say awkward, symptom?

See below, for the stages leading up to bloodloss:

Symptoms of Piles/ Extra Information

1. The veins in your lower back are placed under undue stress - the outcome of what you eat, what you physically do (pregnancy, activities) and your general fitness up to that point (constipation, obesity)

2. Depending on the duration and severity, the strain may grow into a case of piles. Generally speaking, if you are bleeding you have a severe case. It's either explained by a consistently adverse lifestyle - atleast on your body - or a one-off experience such as pregnancy.

3. If vein(s) continues to be strained it expands so much that not only does it bulge into the anal canal but it breaks open, leading to bloodloss.

Hemorrhoids can most often be remedied before the point of blood loss but what happens if, for whatever reason, you only found you had piles when the toilet turned red?

If you are that person don't be too concerned. Early symptoms of hemorrhoids can easily be mistaken as other issues. In my experience researching this, hemorrhoids will lay innocently in the background of your life before acquainting you with a sudden, jarring pain.

Moreover, perhaps you was aware you had a growing crisis but just pushed the thoughts aside. Trust me, more people procrastinate than take action immediately, you're going to be fine.

Wholely natural Solutions For Bleeding Hemorrhoids

Choices For Remedies/ Further Research

Comfrey - This plant heals minor wounds and encourages new development of cells.

Dried Mango Seed - Half a gram of dried mango seed with honey – delicious and very healthy for you!

Apple Cider Vinegar - This is a simple but powerful little addition to the food you eat throughout your day.

Padding A Vinegar Dipped Cotton Ball - By applying vinegar to the soreness, you help to mitigate then discomfort.

Aloe Vera - This is a very popular anti-inflammatory and it works absolute wonders.

Witch Hazel - This is another choice you have when it comes to inflammation.

Figs - Over-night, immerse dried figs in a bowl of water and eat them for your first meal in the morning. I like them with a bowl of shredded wheat myself.

Herbal Sitz Baths - If you was to try any ONE remedy for hemorrhoids I would encourage you to try this one - and I daresay your physician would too. Effective and well proven.

Kegel Exercises - Physically straining experiences such as the birth of a child take their toll of the muscles in and around your pelvis region. Kegel exercises are encouraged among older women as they help continence. These exercises, however, are great for both women and men when it comes to strengthening the body against hemorrhoids.

Last little suggestion here; are you sure there is enough fiber in your diet right now? If you're not sure eat five pieces of fruit a day - pears, apples, bananas and dried fruit are great for fiber.

Other Approaches/ Notes

Surgical Treatment -

Surgery should always be the last option when it comes to healing piles. For this article, surgery is too big of a topic to do it justice here.

Creams/ Ointments –

Creams and ointments are a very common choice for people suffering with bleeding hemorrhoids. Once again, this topic is fairly large but you can find other articles online easily enough if you wish to explore further.

An Exploration of The Bleeding...

Uncontrollable Constipation -

Constipation is a large factor for people suffering hemorrhoids. Over time the results can be compared to pregnancy, which I outline in just a moment. It can be linked to unhealthy levels of exertion.

Pregnancy –

So like I shared with you, strain is the culprit of hemorrhoids, There is always a lot of physical tension throughout child birth. However, Women have evolved to be able to cope with this kind of stress. But only up to a certain point.

We can endure only up to a certain level, and child birth is a perfect example of when our bodies can reach their limit.

Little Exercise -

I suspect that this is the main reason for people coming down with hemorrhoids in the first place. It's not a case of missing your Sunday morning jog because you were moving home. For me, exercise must become a lifestyle to see any benefits. For many folks, exercise is the nature of their work, for others, it's based in and out of work, or perhaps you head to the gym every weekend for a heavy duty workout. Whatever it becomes, make sure you enjoy it, that is so important. If you don't enjoy it, it damages your mentality even though it improves you physicality. The key here is win-win not win-loss!

Poor Circulation –

This is surely an issue you want to resolve both because there are medicines that can resolve it quite easily, and there are many negatives to poor circulation. Your reactions to stimuli slow down, you suffer with acute pains in the extremities of your body and gradually your muscles waste away - not healthy at all.

Inevitably, poor circulation also finds it's way to hemorrhoids. If you think this is an issue you have I recommend you see your doctor.

Extra Hints:

* Drink more liquids (read: water)

* Clothes that don't hug too tightly give you some breathing space

* Refrain from being seated for long periods of time; certainly when you are using the toilet. Being stationary in the bathroom for too long means that your rectal veins begin to struggle for circulation. Make it easy for them and make the toilet as quick an affair as you can.

Disorders That Cause Rectal Bleeding:

Disorders (Potentially)/ More Data

Veins (varicose) - Piles can be prompted by over-stressed varicose veins, as I've already explained.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease -

-- Diverticulitis, the formation of intestinal pouches or pockets.

-- Colitis, ulcerative colitis results in painful sensations on the lining of the colon.

Celiac Disease -

Celiac/ coeliac disease finds the small intestines incapacitated and unable to extract nutrients from food.

Fistulas -

Problematic links between cell-lined organs/vessels that never connect under normal conditions. Primarily you should see your doctor if there are any problems, and he/she will probably advise you to eat a healthier diet alongside other aspects.

Fissures -

These are deep furrows within the mucous membrane of the innermost intestinal lining.

Polyps -

Polyps are very dangerous because they can turn cancerous. If you feel an unusual lump, contact your doctor immediately.

Prolapses -

External hemorrhoids and prolapses are one and the same. The elasticity of the varicose vein has gone and it becomes physically visable.

Going into detail about these topics is beyond of this articles breadth but it's definitely advisable to do some further research into these.

But, on the theme of piles, varicose veins and prolapses are the main offenders.

In finishing, I'll leave you with my most sincere recommendation. Seek guidance from your doctor BEFORE trying any remedies.
