Get Rid of Dandruff

Dandruff is a common hair problem that bothers many of us. Most dandruff is caused by a disorder of the oil-secreting glands known as seborrhea. Dandruff is made up of small pieces of dead skin that peel from the scalp as a result of the effects of metabolism. During its early stages dandruff is not visible to the naked eye. Dandruff is visible as large pieces of dead skin that we normally call "dandruff". A person suffering from dandruff for a long time is said to be have a dandruff ailment. This aliment along with itchiness can lead to eczema if not treated. One way of treating fatty dandruff is to prevent the growth of bacteria. Bacteria are the cause of this condition. Psoriasis is a skin condition that can cause silvery, flaky patches of skin on different areas of the body. It is commonly seen on the scalp, creases of the nose, eyebrows, elbows, knees and arms. Dandruffs are nothing but flakes. In general, there are two types of dandruffs – dry and oily. White flakes and itching effects on the scalp is the result of dry dandruff. Oily dandruff, on the other hand, will make your hair sticky with yellow flakes. In worst case, a bad smell may come from your dandruff-affected hair.

There are many treatment options available including topical ointments, baths, light therapy, injections, and prescriptions. See your doctor if you believe you may have this condition.Head lice can cause itching and flakes that are often mistaken for dandruff. The flakes are actually nits (lice eggs) and the fecal excretions of the insects. Often caused by overly dry environmental conditions or the overuse of cheap hair care products, this condition can be cured by moisturizing. Massage skin moisturizer or oil into your scalp 1/2 hour before bathing and follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. Some vinegar into your hair and scalp and let it dry for a few minutes and then wash your hair. Repeat this process is done daily till the problem disappears. If you have a persistent problem of dandruff it is best to consult a dermatologist or skin specialist. Many people also complain that with dandruff there is an increase in hair loss as well. People who suffer from dry scalp should not shampoo daily or it can lead to eczema.

How to get rid of blackheads

1.Using anti-dandruff shampoo while washing your hair is the easiest way to make your hair dandruff free.

2.Ketoconazole is an anti-fungal drug used to treat dandruff caused by yeasts and fungi.

3.Coal tar is a liquid by-product of the distillation of coal. It is used in shampoos meant to treat head lice and psoriasis.

4.Zinc pyrithione, or Zinc omadine is an anti-fungal and antibacterial agent that is most commonly used to fight the dandruff.

5. Avoid nuts, chocolate, fried food , shellfish, iodized salt.

6.Follow a diet high in greens, chicken, fish, milk and its products and food high in Vitamins A, E, and B Complex.
