I have been told to always apply a layer of vaseline on my lips whenever I steam my face. This is to prevent the lips from drying. My question is if steaming is good for the face and it can help moisturise it, why is it the reverse for the lips. Or could I been misinformed. Please advise. Thanks, Val

I saw this thing on aol for treating acne a while back but i cant seem to remember the recipe. It was like 3 table spoons of salt and 4 table spoons of olive oil, or the other way around. Does anyone know the recipe? It was supposed to be EXTREMLY helpful to treat acne.

My 8 mth old yorkie has chewed the hair off one inside leg and has dry skin there with what looks like black heads.theres no redness and it doesn't appear to bother her. what could it be.

Acne problem. My daughter (25) starting getting real bad acne abt yr ago. At first Clearsil started to help. Then it got worse. In the past year she has spend so much in trying to clear this problem. Proactiv, Murad, Xango. None are helping, some seem to make it worse. Went to dermatologist, got a Rx for some cleansing solution (Benzy something or other) 5%. Didn't work, went to a different doctor who should be investigated for his rude behavior. Gave her a Rx for another medication but said it probably won't help. Really upset her. Has anyone any other suggestions? She watches what she eats & drinks thinking that was the problem. Still after a year, it doesn't improve. HELP! Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have very mild acne, but my skin feels terrible. My forehead is really rough and when i use a scrub my face dries out. I also use a Proativ moisterizer but its not enough. What do i do?

I have very shallow scars about 0.6 - 0.7 mm scars and the r not wide 2 and sum of them were from old injuries but they r really few so I was thinking what kind of surgery would suit me and won't cause my scars 2 get worse ? thanx...
