Luckily though, there is way for you to reduce your restless nights and yawn-filled days. How? By using these 3 awesome herbal sleeping remedies. They might not cure your insomnia troubles altogether, but they are guaranteed to help!

Quick Note: The herbal insomnia remedies below are given under the assumption that you're going to use known insomnia herbs; such as chamomile, valerian, passionflower, etc.

3 Insomnia Herbal Sleeping Remedies...

The Herbal Tea Method

As far as herbal sleeping remedies go, this is pretty easy. Simply purchase your favorite herbal tea, prepare a cup of it, then drink it down shortly before going to bed. The herbal tea should produce a very potent sleeping inducing effect, thereby making it quite easy for you to fall asleep sooner rather than later.

The Handkerchief Method

All you need for this method is a handkerchief (or other piece of cloth), a vile/jar/bottle of your favorite insomnia herbal oil, and your pillow. Take the handkerchief/cloth in your hand and then place several drops of the herbal oil onto it. Don't lather it with the oil; just use enough to where it is SLIGHTLY damp all around. Now you can either tape the piece of cloth under the pillow or you can just stuff it inside the pillow. Some prefer to tape it the bottom, others just like cramming it inside -- it's up to you.

The Herbal Candle/Incense Method

This natural herbal sleep remedy should be pretty straight forward: you buy an insomnia candle/incense, you light it, and you place it in a safe place near your bed. The aroma from the candle/incense should be enough to induce sleep, or at the very least make you feel significantly more tired.

As you can clearly see, these are fairly simple herbal sleeping remedies. That being said, just choose one in order to reclaim the great sleep you know you deserve.
