This is something that is completely normal, as many do not want to admit failure or defeat. Plus, you need to remember that one hospital peer review doesn’t mean that your hospital isn’t been properly run; it just means that you may have some improvements to make. In fact, you may want to hold off on releasing the results of your hospital peer review, if you want to. Later releasing them after all improvements have been made puts a positive spin on your hospital peer review.
