How To Lose 3 Lbs a Week

I know you want to lose weight.Is that not? I congratulate you for taking that first bold step towards achieving  your heart desire. But what are some easy weight loss diets that can help you get to where you want to go? I was struggling to lose weight as well. Well struggling is the understatement of the century. I was desperate, obsessed, addicted to finding a weight loss solution.

The truth is the easy weight loss diets that we need to lose weight are right in front of us. In fact there is really only one rule you need to follow in order to see results. And that is "Eat colorfully". What does this mean? In essence it means to eat EVERY food group. Bananas, Celery, Apples, Grapes, Blueberries, Oranges. Get fruity! Fruit and vegetables are your BEST friend when trying to lose weight, and I'll tell you why.

Pound for pound and ounce for ounce, fruits and veggies are the MOST filling food, but have the LEAST amount of calories, and are also full of tons of vitamins and minerals. If you are serious about losing weight then this is exactly what I did.

I would eat about 9-10 fruits and vegetables PER day. For 1 meal I would have a banana, the other I would have some carrots dipped in ranch dressing. I would eat every 2 hours or so. I also drank a TON of water during this time. This is without a doubt one of the top easy weight loss diets that you can follow. I guarantee you will lose weight, if I did, then so can you!
