Kegel Exercises for men and women

Kegels are used to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.  Kegels for men are exercises that work the muscles of the pelvic floor, specifically the pubococcygeus muscle.  Contracting and releasing your pelvic floor muscles perform Kegels.  Pelvic floor is made up of a group of muscles called the pubococcygeus or "PC" muscles.  Kegel training is exercises that reinforce your pelvic floor muscle mass.  Kegel workout routines are built to enhance the muscular tissues of your pelvic floor that offer the bladder and near the sphincters.

    Ask the average person what a kegel exercise is and they will probably look at you funny. Most people do not seem to have any idea what a kegel exercise even is let alone the amazing benefits they can have. This is so unfortunate, as kegel exercises have been shown to aid several medical problems as well as improve sexual encounters for both men and women.
