Make Your Body, Mind and Spirit Agrees with Your Choice

Many people come to me and share their sufferings, health problems and troubles in an endless stream. When we suffer, we tend to lose perspective. We get caught in the suffering and identify with it, which only generates a cycle of sufferings. The suffering seems so real, it can begin to rule our lives. Naturally, with the mind so involved in dealing with them, we lose our peace of mind so much that it becomes difficult to maintain the steady and deep spiritual practice that can lead us out of suffering and health problems.

I always try to remind those who come to me that it takes patience and perseverance.  Patience – enduring patience with oneself and perseverance are essential.

Holistic Science is Available to Everyone

Holism is an eternal river that is always flowing in and out of us. It is always available to everyone. The issue is not whether the Holistic Approach comes to you. The issue is whether you come to the Holistic Approach. Do you come to the Holistic Healing that is there? How often do you acknowledge the Holistic Science benefits? What is your awareness of the Holistic Healing that comes to you?

Holistic Sciences are beyond limitation

Holistic Science offers a different promise. What is important is accessing this realm of awareness through direct experience. And one of the most powerful ways to reconnect to our unconditioned self is the timeless practice of holistic therapy. Counseling with a holistic health approach looks at the body, mind and spiritual elements and their interconnection.  It examines the underlying causes of the symptoms and encourages a variety of alternative health remedies.

Holistic treatments fall into a few major categories

Alternative medical systems draw their inspiration from Eastern medicine, including Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, and may include procedures such as acupuncture and acupressure.

Mind-body therapies use techniques such as meditation, hypnotherapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy to improve the mind's capacity to influence bodily function.

Biological therapies use substances found in nature, such as herbs and vitamins and supplements to restore health and balance.

Energy therapies such as Reiki, Yoga or Tai Chi can be used to redirect your life force and restore bodily balance.

Holistic practitioners help you gracefully transform challenging patterns and cultivate your inner mastery so you can live your most awesome and fulfilling life.

Anyone can learn more about Holistic Healing by finding out what you want to learn and where to learn it. "Most over-the-counter and almost all prescribed drug treatments merely mask symptoms or control health problems or in some way alter the way organs or systems such as the circulatory system work. Drugs almost never deal with the reasons why these problems exist, while they frequently create new health problems as side effects of their activities." ~ John R. Lee, M.D.
