The 4 things worth fussing about ...

In the introduction (titled "How rich?") For his book 'How To Get Rich "by Felix Dennis writes:

"Rich enough to buy the only two things in addition to health and love is worth fussing about in life. Time. And the option of not having to be anywhere in particular, on any particular day to do anything in particular in order to pay the rent or mortgage. "

Felix Dennis a man worth an estimated $ 400-900 U.S. dollars is saying that the only four things worth fussing about in life are: health, love, time and freedom.

You probably will not be surprised to learn that it got me thinking about how brilliant qigong exercises are. Let's take a quick look at how qigong can help you get the four things in life that a very rich man considers four are the only things worth fussing about.

Health - this is obvious. Qigong is the art of deliberately manage their bodies vital energy to improve health, increase vitality, increase longevity, develop inner strength, improve the mind and cultivate the spirit. Therefore, there are just brilliant qigong exercises for physical health, but they are also brilliant for your emotional health, mental and spiritual.

Love - Remember you must start with self love. If you do not love yourself, it is very difficult to accept love from others. Qigong exercises have helped me come to terms with who I am and I've seen this several times repeated in my own students. Qigong helps you realize that you are unique. May your life and you have to offer the world is precious.

Qigong exercises can help you appreciate what you have. From personal experience I found that I grew to appreciate the relationships I have. And have you noticed that when something of value, which tend to make one more effort to keep it? When we value something or someone, you do not take them for granted or overlook them.

Time - Forget spending an hour in the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Forget the half hour trip and the trip from there a half hour back. Forget going to the gym after work and then get home in time to get something to eat, watch an hour of garbage on TV and then go to bed. Forget about getting home from the gym and being too tired to play with their children or have a great conversation with your partner. Forget paying a fortune in gym fees.

Forget all that if you practice Qigong exercises. 15 minutes (or 30 if you're really interested) per day in the privacy of your home or garden you can save an enormous amount of time. Let's do the math:

Go to the gym four times a week = 4 hours in the gym four hours travel = 8 hours per week plus your gym membership fees.

Practicing qigong exercises, 15 minutes per day X 7 days = 15 minutes = 1 hour and 45 minutes per week (or 3.5 hours if you're super interested) + zero fees for membership.

That's a savings of up to 6 hours and 15 minutes per week and all that you pay fees for your gym membership. The question you must ask yourself is' what would you do with all that extra time and money you saved? "

Freedom - Life is much easier when you feel good - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. You make better decisions, to make a better impression on those around you, you make a better job, you are more creative and fun to be with her.

Qigong exercises can give you the courage to explore new ways and think in different ways. All that helps to increase your chances of "not having to be anywhere in particular, on any particular day to do anything in particular, to pay the rent or mortgage.

And yet the sad fact is that so few people have heard of qigong, much less practice it!
