Every therapy has similarity like circulation of blood, relaxation to body, remove tension, improve our physical or mental health, and improve our health from any point of view.

Thai massage is recognized as a branch of traditional Thai medicine. Thai massage is a type of treatment used for medicinal and health purpose. It needs to be experienced in its native environment get ‘real thing'. Thai massage is mostly used in Thailand. In Thailand its name is or called name is "sen" which means peaks. Thai massage the lazy person's yoga, is maybe an extreme way of doing nothing while having your body put through some gentle therapy and exercise. Hinduism and Therevada Buddhism are both practiced on this Thai style massage. Many folks are used it today. They believe all ailments are occurring with the inequity of vitality part of body. With the treatment of Thai massage therapy improves and encourages all vitality part of body. It works from down to upwards direction. For better work on or better result It start from your feet, legs and then on your hands, arms, shoulders and until reaches on head. It gives you relax and realigning the energy.

Some strokes give for four positions which use during treatment of Thai massage. These four positions are: face down, face up, sitting, side etc. if this therapy doesn't do in properly way it has negative effects. Many other strokes are elbows and knees which are just like as shiatsu massage. Thai massage therapy use low level of pressure. The therapist also uses weight so they apply pressure and strokes according to weight and whole body.

Thai Massage Benefits are as follows: Enhanced circulation, Improved bodily movement, Enhanced, elasticity, remove tension, Improved overall physical and mental health, promotion of energy balancing within a person's body etc. With plenty of advantages there are also one or two potential disadvantages of Thai massage. Firstly, it hurts and secondly, it is very rarely performed by a qualified professional.

Swedish massage is basically based on western views of wellness and healing whereas other therapies are based on Eastern views of acupressure. Swedish is used for relieving stress, keep body balanced and keep fit and fine mostly neck, back, shoulders. It is related to mostly with neck, back shoulders. It has five strokes: kneading motion, deeper penetration, circular motion, vibration, using palm heel of hand. When anybody using this therapy then environment, materials ready for use and proper techniques or direction for use this also needed. The purpose of Swedish massage is to allow the body to absorb more oxygen and speed the cells' elimination of waste products.
