the candidiasis diet avoid sugar and yeast

It is not easy for everyone to follow a very strict candidiasis diet. However at the same time it needs to be said that you will never be able to really conquer candidiasis unless you manage what you eat properly. Furthermore it is also critical to know that to conquer candidiasis following a strict diet is one of the corner stones but not the only one, you will have to follow a holistic approach.

As well as a proper diet you will need to establish what has caused the Candida to overgrow.

Don't be mislead - there is no single product or substance that can cure candidiasis. In other words you will have to follow a comprehensive approach as outlined in the 5-step plan.I will provide you with a link to the site where you can get all the information you need at the end of this article.

Below are 2 types of food that you MUST eliminate from your diet:

Although not 100% correct many people say that candidiasis should actually be spelled as SUGAR and YEAST.There are actually a lot more to candidiasis than sugar and yeast but the statement should at least give us an idea of how critically important these 2 substances are in candidiasis. The most important reason for avoiding sugar and yeast is that the candida feeds off those substances.

The most critical food to eliminate is Sugar if you want to win the war against candidiasis. That means sugar in all its forms including white flour, breads, pastas and even fruit. Yes unfortunately fruit has to be removed too, however when you are finally healed from Candida I strongly recommend you get back to eating fruits regularly again.

On par with sugar is yeast - you must avoid yeast at all cost. Make sure you read labels very carefully.
